Housing Development Continues:

With help from HAC, Blue Mountain Housing Development Corp. and A-HOME constructed a two family home in Katonah for a first time homebuyer and construction is near completion of a 102 unit senior rental housing development and a 58 unit senior condominium unit in Cortlandt.

Homeownership Increases:

Over 375 families were counseled during the past year; 56 have become homeowners!

Homes are Improved:

HAC partners with the Community Environmental Center and Lead Safe Westchester to improve homes for low income homeowners. 45 applications for grant assistance have been handled during the past year.

City of Yonkers Nears Compliance with Housing Order:

Managing the Yonkers Affordable Housing Office, HAC brings the City within 60 credits of its 600 credit goal and increases assistance to very low income families by over 50%.
